All orders are shipped using USPS. Tracking numbers are sent out via email immediately after order is fulfilled.
Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. All packages will arrive 2-4 business days after being shipped.

return & exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. Please take your measurements BEFORE placing your order to make sure that the wig will fit your head size. All of our ready to ship wigs will have the measurements in the description, that will tell what head sizes it is made for. All custom wigs will be made to fit the measurements that you give. Please be very precise when taking your measurements.
We are not responsible for improper measurements that will result in your wig not fitting properly. Be very careful when taking your measurements.
